This first monthly report of 2019 is a good occasion to wish you all a very happy new year. In 2019, UEVP will keep following all the topics related to animal welfare, the implementation of the veterinary medicines package and all information related to animal diseases. 2019 will also be the year of the renewal of the European institutions: UEVP will keep calling for an ambitious European policy on animal welfare during the political campaign and closely follow the outcomes of the evaluation of the EU Animal Welfare strategy.
