The winners of the four categories of the 2026 VetJoy Great Veterinary Workplace Award were selected during the 25 August online meeting of the FVE/FECAVA/IVSA Mental Wellbeing, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (MWB/DEI) Working Group.
The 2026 winners are:
- For the category small/medium clinical workplaces: Przychodnia Weterynaryjna Goodvet (Poland)
- For the category large clinical workplaces: Dyrlaegehuset Kolding (Denmark)
- For the category small/medium non-clinical workplaces: Pezz Life (Germany)
- For the category large non-clinical workplaces: Veterinary Public Health Institute, Vetsuisse Faculty, University of Bern (Switzerland)
Celebrating a positive workplace culture
VetJoy’s annual Great Veterinary Workplace Award celebrates workplaces that champion mental wellbeing, foster a positive workplace culture, support professional development, and demonstrate outstanding leadership. The awards recognise veterinary teams that don’t just care for animals, public health, and food safety, but also care deeply for the people who make that care possible.
Awards issued during the FVE welcome reception in November
The winners will be recognised at the FVE General Assembly in November 2026 during the welcome reception on 11 November. During its meeting, the MWB/DEI Working Group also discussed the webinar series, mentoring programme, DEI Research Grant and Team Coaching Vouchers.
