The Ukrainian NGO Society of Veterinary Business Owners (SVBO) became observer member of the Union of European Veterinary Practitioners at the UEVP general assembly which was held on 13 November in Limassol, Cyprus. The SVBO consists of 33 full and 110 associate members.
Guest attendance since 2022
Representatives of the SVBO have been infomally attending the general assemblies as guests of the UEVP and FVE since the summer of 2022. ‘Thank you for accepting us into the European veterinary family,’ said SVOB spokesperson Nataliia Klietsova. ‘We like to be seen not just as the country of war, but as people representing the veterinary profession.'
