Many great Philosophers have emphasised the importance of kindness, including Aristotle and Marcus Aurelius.

Aristotle believed 'doing good' was the essence of life . Marcus Aurelis believed kindness was imperative to living a good life.

Research shows helping others can be good for our mental health. it reduces stress, improves out emotion well-being. Doing good, does you good. Therefore, do it for others ... and yourself !

Smile to strangers, hold a door open, share food, give up your seat on the bus ... a long list.

During this Random Acts of Kindness week/day ..; what have you done and how has it made you feel ?

As we go into the weekend, it’s a great opportunity to continue to extend kindness to our colleagues and those we come into contact with, either someone we know or a stranger we meet in the street.

How have you felt after helping someone out?

In addition, Random Acts of Kindness isn’t just about giving – it’s also about receiving! Take this opportunity to practice self-care and show yourself some kindness.
