In many European countries, veterinary professionals are experiencing alarming levels of stress, leading to burnout and impacting the quality of service they provide to animals and clients. For this reason, the FVE and the Zoetis foundation have created VetJoy, with a range of tools and initiatives. In 2024, it supported 19 veterinary workplaces with coaching vouchers across Europe with great success, especially in terms of communication.
The goal: creating happy workplaces
Its goal is to empower veterinary workplaces to create environments where every team member feels valued, respected and supported. Veterinary workplaces across Europe can apply for vouchers for mental well-being coaching. Vetjoy is happy to announce that there are still some workplace coaching vouchers available for the July–December 2025 term (except for the UK, Finland and the Netherlands, where all vouchers have already been snapped up).
Reimbursements up to 2000€
This year, 25% of our vouchers will be dedicated to non-clinical workplaces. Take advantage of our reimbursement offer of up to 2000€, and invest in a more dynamic and effective team. How to benefit?
- Coaching must focus on improving the team’s mental well-being and be tailored to the needs of each workplace
- Duration of the coaching should be between 1 and 3 days
- Reimbursement is capped at 2,000 €
- Availability is limited: first come, first served!
To receive the reimbursement, workplaces will need to provide certificates of attendance for all participants, pre-/post-evaluation forms (provided by FVE) and the coaching invoice. For more information, contact VetJoy.
